Currently there are two CCDT Clinics open in the United States.
Chronologically Controlled Developmental Therapy is being utilized in the Futures
Unlimited Clinics and by CCDT trained professionals only. Futures Unlimited
Clinics are the only establishments that do the "intensive therapy session".

Our program involves 5-6 hours of sensory stimulation per day for 10 days over a two week period.
This includes controlled lighting, specific temperature, noise control, range of motion, specific
hydrotherapy, postural rest, correlating movements, pressure points, linear contractile stimulation,
massage and other soothing and relaxing procedures that are important to success. There is a
lunch period during which the client stays in the environment provided but can be assisted by
parent, guardian or loved one. We assist the client throughout the day with all needs they may have.
We attempt to make them as comfortable as possible and to feel at home.

As each patient’s nervous system and injury or dysfunction is different so will the responses to the
treatment. Our most common participants are people who have spent many years trying many other
programs without success or have stalled in their progress. Many have seen improvements with our
program. We have successfully treated clients from the elderly to infants.

Susan Snapp, RMT is the daughter of the late Ed Snapp, PT. She has been working with
CCDT for the past 20 years. Susan is also a EMT Fire Engineer and works for the Columbus
Fire Department. She is dedicated to carrying out her fathers work to help others just as he
did for many years.

James Snapp is the son of the Ed Snapp, PT. He has been working with CCDT for over
12 years. James is a Massage Therapist and though James learned a great deal in
school, the majority of his training was passed down through his father and mentor Ed
Snapp, PT and his sister, Susan Snapp. He is dedicated to carrying out his fathers work to
help other just as he did for many years.

Arizona also offers many attractions and outdoor activities. With so much "family fun" available in
the Phoenix area, it is a unique & scenic change for families from any other part of the US.
